🍕 Breaking News from the Upside Down
It looks like the Mind Flayer has finally frozen over. Due to some seriously supernatural weather (and a local climate that currently feels like a rift to the Upside Down), Pizza Bella will be closed today, Monday, January 26th.
We love a good "thin crust," but the crust of ice on the roads is where we draw the line. We’re currently busy fending off Demogorgons and waiting for the Hawkins road crews to clear the way.
The Survival Guide:
Status: Closed (Hiding in the basement).
Plan: Stay warm, stay safe, and keep your flashlights charged.
ETA: We’ll be back to tossing dough as soon as the portal closes hopefully tomorrow

🍕 Snowed In? Make a “Good Enough” Pizza at Home 🍕
Since Mother Nature said “nope” today and we’re closed due to the snowstorm, here’s our totally professional, chef-approved (ish) at-home pizza recipe to get you through the day:
Ingredients:
• 1 store-bought pizza dough (or bread… or a bagel… we won’t judge)
• Jarred sauce (any brand—this is a judgment-free zone)
• Shredded cheese (more than you think. Then add more.)
• Whatever toppings you find in the fridge
• Optional: cozy socks and snow-day vibes
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to “hot enough” (around 425°)
2️⃣ Stretch dough until it kind of looks like a circle
3️⃣ Spread sauce — avoid the edges unless you enjoy chaos
4️⃣ Add cheese generously (this is not the time to be modest)
5️⃣ Add toppings and hope for the best
6️⃣ Bake 12–15 minutes or until the cheese looks irresistible
7️⃣ Remove, slice unevenly, and call it “rustic”
Will it beat our pizza?
❄️ No.
Will it get you through the snow day?
🍕 Absolutely.
